No unit should sit vacant while there are people in need of a home.
The Dayton Housing Connector is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing access to housing for individuals most in need. We achieve this by offering innovative solutions to financial and resident challenges faced by property owners, enabling them to provide housing to more people. Additionally, we streamline the housing search experience for case managers, making it easier to connect individuals with suitable housing options. By working together, we can help both properties and residents achieve successful outcomes.
Our goal is to reduce the length of time people in our community experience homelessness by developing a pool of interested housing providers and available housing units for persons who are exiting the homeless system, including those with a rental subsidy.

What is the housing problem in our community?
Housing

Searching
